The first step is to give us a call. Consultations are free, and this helps us figure out what the best service is to fit your needs. Please note, at any given time we could be 30-60 days out for scheduling and the ability for immediate services is not always possible. It is important that when you first think you may need our services to call us so we can work within your specific time frame. Even if you don't need our services immediately, sitting down to talk about the process will help you plan and prepare for the future.

What not to do:

Do not throw anything away (someone's trash is another's treasure!)

Do not donate items. We do have a donation service available.

Don't worry about clearing the home of all personal effects, we take great care to identify personal items and set them aside for you.

What to do prior to us providing services:

Touch base with all family members that may want items from the Estate. Identify the items that are not to be included in the sale, and mark them Not For Sale.

If you are considering placing the property for sale, we encourage you to contact a real estate agent and get that process started.
